Endpoint Cloud · warehouse management for NetSuite

NetSuite runs your business. Endpoint Cloud runs your floor.

NetSuite users know this

The ERP is live. The floor is still on paper.

NetSuite gave you one system for the business. What it didn't give your pickers is a way to work at the speed of the shift.

See how it connects ↓

Fulfillment happens in a browser

Pick tickets printed at a desk, then keyed back in later. The record is always an hour behind the aisle.

Every change is a scripting project

A new pick strategy or a second site means a customization queue, a partner invoice and a timeline.

Dead zones stop the shift

Browser-based scanning needs a live connection. Cold storage, deep racking and yards don't cooperate.

Licensing punishes headcount

Seasonal pickers, temps and second-shift crews all cost you again the moment they need a device.

One connected loop

Scan the floor, sync Endpoint Cloud, post to NetSuite.

A scan on the dock hits Endpoint Cloud in real time, and Endpoint posts it straight into NetSuite. Orders, items and vendors flow back the other way, so the handheld always starts from the truth.

Don't re-implement NetSuite. Give the floor its own tool.

NetSuite stays your system of record. Endpoint Cloud adds scan-driven execution built for gloved hands and dead zones, live in weeks, without a customization backlog.

Built for the way a shift actually goes

Works when the signal doesn't

Native apps hold the transaction locally through cold storage, deep racking and the yard, then sync the moment coverage returns.

Configured, not scripted

Picking strategies, put-away rules and workflows are settings. Changing how you pick doesn't start a development project.

Learned in a shift

Plain language, real bin codes, buttons big enough for a gloved hand. Seasonal crews are productive on day one.

One WMS, every site

Run the same floor processes across warehouses and acquired sites, whether they're on NetSuite yet or not.

Audit-ready by default

Lot, serial and expiry captured at the source, with role-based access and a traceable record of every movement.

Operator monitoring a food manufacturing line

Connected to scanning in weeks

No sandbox refresh cycle, no scripting sprint. We start from how your floor runs today.

01 · Connect

Link your NetSuite account

Bi-directional sync on orders, items, vendors and inventory. No middleware to buy.

02 · Configure

Set your strategies

FIFO, FEFO or hybrid. Zone routing, wave release and put-away rules, set as configuration.

03 · Train

Get the crew ready

One shift on the handheld, not one quarter of change management.

04 · Scan

Go live, site by site

Prove it in one warehouse, then roll the same configuration to the next.

What's included

Your implementation covers everything needed to go live:

Endpoint Cloud and the NetSuite integration
Native barcode apps for iOS, Android and rugged devices
Hardware guidance, using the scanners you already own
Workflow and picking-strategy configuration
Training and go-live support on the floor

The people who run the floor say it best

★★★★★

“Endpoint virtually eliminated our shipping errors, cut the cost of physical counts, and caught receiving mistakes the moment they happened, not weeks later at reconciliation.”

Brian B.
Controller · Building Materials
★★★★★

“Our team was picking efficiently within hours of going live. Since then we've doubled our product range and we ship thousands of orders a week across two facilities without missing a beat.”

Lee M.
Operations Manager · Wholesale Distribution
★★★★★

“It gave us a genuinely defined inventory process, the kind of control that lets us grow the business on purpose instead of firefighting every count.”

Does this replace NetSuite?

No. NetSuite stays your system of record for orders, purchasing, costing and reporting. Endpoint Cloud runs warehouse execution and writes fulfillments, receipts and adjustments back as native NetSuite records.

We're already looking at the NetSuite WMS module. Why Endpoint?

Both put scanning in your team's hands. The difference is what happens after go-live: Endpoint Cloud's strategies and workflows are configuration rather than scripting, the apps are native and keep working through dead zones, and the same setup extends to sites that aren't on NetSuite. Ask us to run both side by side on your workflows.

How does the integration work?

Bi-directional and real time. Purchase orders, sales orders, items, vendors and customers flow into Endpoint Cloud; receipts, fulfillments, transfers and count adjustments flow back. There is no middleware to license and no nightly file to babysit.

What happens when the Wi-Fi drops?

The app keeps working. Transactions queue on the device and sync as soon as coverage returns, so a dead zone in cold storage or deep racking doesn't stop the pick.

What hardware do we need?

Endpoint Cloud runs on standard iOS and Android phones and tablets as well as rugged handhelds. We start with the devices you already own, confirm they meet the requirements, and only recommend new gear when your volume needs it.

Can we roll out one warehouse at a time?

Yes, and most customers do. Prove it in one site, then roll the same configuration to the next. Sites still running another ERP can go live on the same platform in the meantime.

NetSuite closes the books. Endpoint Cloud keeps them honest.
