Endpoint for Acumatica

Acumatica warehouse management.

Endpoint runs receiving, picking, counts and production inside Acumatica, so every move is scanned and verified on the floor before it reaches your ledger.

Trusted by 40,000+ operators since 1989.

Built for Acumatica teams

Six ways Endpoint extends Acumatica.

Directed workflows

Guide material handlers through transactions to eliminate guesswork.

Real-time visibility

See inventory move as it happens.

Traceability

Lot and serial tracking end to end.

Phased rollout

Start with the floor processes that create the most operational noise, then expand.

Scan accuracy

Capture clean data at the source.

Embedded in Acumatica

Data flows straight back to your ERP.

One operational truth

Your floor, operations and finance teams, in sync.

Accurate and reliable data in Acumatica means more confidence, from the front of the office to the loading dock.

Floor

Counts what’s really there.

Scan, count, submit. Scan-validated numbers tell the truth before the error spreads.

Operations

Sees which bins are off.

Variances flag in real time, so the morning starts with real exceptions, not recounts.

Finance

Finally trusts the ledger.

The count and the books agree, so the close isn’t a negotiation.

One item, end to end

Optimize your Acumatica experience with embedded warehouse visibility

From dock to dispatch, with the production floor in between, Endpoint directs every move so inventory stays accurate, work orders stay on track, and your team always knows the next step.

01

Inbound

Scan-driven receiving captures lot and serial data, then routes each item to the right bin.

02

Storage

Multi-bin and license plate tracking, with bin transfers to replenish pick locations and cycle counts posted to Acumatica in real time.

03

Outbound

Wave picking with FIFO and FEFO enforced, plus quality checks at pick and pack so shipments are verified before they leave the dock.

04

Production

Material issue, labor, and move transactions posted to Acumatica production orders, with a step-by-step record of who did what, and where, at every operation.

Licensing

What comes with Acumatica, and what is licensed separately

Most teams find this out at the quote stage. Warehouse management is not part of your Acumatica edition, it is a line item. Acumatica's own April 2026 licensing guide says so, edition by edition.

Inventory Control
Included

Comes with the Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing editions. Marked available rather than included in Construction, Professional Services and General Business.

Warehouse Management
Licensed separately

Marked available, never included, in all six edition datasheets and across all four tiers from Essentials to Enterprise.

Shipping Carrier Integration
Licensed separately

Also an add-on in Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing.

So the base case carries a cost that most comparisons leave out, and the question changes shape. You are not deciding between free and paid. You are deciding which warehouse module earns the line item.

Native capability

What the Acumatica warehouse management module does

By Acumatica's own description, the module covers this ground. For a single site with straightforward orders and a team that already scans, that list covers the work.

Warehouse administration

Configure rows, aisles, shelves, bins and warehouse locations, with ABC classifications.

Receiving and putaway

Mobile devices and barcode scanning, with inventory updating in real time.

Picking

Single-order, wave and batch picking with guided workflows.

Packing and shipping

Parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS, plus LTL and TL support.

Inventory movement

Transfers, receipts and cycle counts processed from handheld devices.

Dashboards and alerts

Role-based dashboards for warehouse, shipping and receiving teams, with anomaly detection and exception reporting.

Questions

Asked by every Acumatica team.

The licensing answer surprises most people, so we put it first.

Is warehouse management included with Acumatica?

No. Acumatica includes Inventory Control in its Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing editions, but Warehouse Management is a separately licensed module. Acumatica's own April 2026 licensing guide marks it as available rather than included in every edition datasheet and every tier.

Does Acumatica have a WMS?

Yes. Acumatica sells a warehouse management module covering receiving, putaway, inventory movement, picking, packing and shipping, with mobile barcode scanning and carrier integration. It is licensed on top of your edition rather than bundled into it.

What is Acumatica multi-bin?

It is a common shorthand for tracking stock at the bin level rather than by warehouse total. Acumatica's Warehouse Management module, the separately licensed one, lets you configure rows, aisles, shelves, bins and warehouse locations. What varies between systems is how much of the work is directed, meaning whether the system tells the operator which bin to go to next rather than recording where they went.

Do I need a third-party WMS with Acumatica?

It depends on scan volume, pallet handling and whether production is in scope. Acumatica's own community manager has said partner solutions are used to fill needs its product does not cover, naming license plating specifically. If your team scans every unit, tracks pallets by hand, or re-counts before trusting a number, those are the conditions worth testing a purpose-built module against.

Warehouse Leaders Live

Meet other Acumatica warehouse leaders.

Warehouse Leaders Live is a small group of operations leaders who meet regularly to discuss their operational challenges in a group of peers, hear from supply chain thought leaders, level up their technical knowledge around barcode scanning automation and more.

A monthly live session with leaders who run floors like yours.
Plain playbooks for the hard parts, like getting buy-in and training a crew.
A back channel to ask a real question and hear from someone who's done it.
