Chemical manufacturing software that works with your ERP
Endpoint runs receiving, putaway, production issue and shipping by barcode scan, then sends each transaction back to your ERP.

Trusted by 40,000+ operators since 1989.
The ERP holds the formula and the cost. What it rarely holds is which lot actually went where, because that is written on paper and keyed in later.
Each material is scanned at every step, so the record shows what happened rather than what was planned. The table below shows what each ERP supports.
Raw materials are scanned against the purchase order. Endpoint Cloud and Endpoint for Acumatica capture the supplier lot at receipt.
You set up zones, aisles, racks and bins once, and the system tells operators where each item goes. FIFO (first in, first out) and FEFO (first expired, first out) rules apply at the pick, and cycle counts run while you keep shipping.
Materials are issued to the work order by scan, so the record shows what was used rather than what was planned. In Endpoint Cloud, each issue carries its lot.
Every item is scanned at packing before it leaves the dock. If you label with GS1 barcodes, our guide to lot and serial tracking with GS1 barcodes explains what one scan can capture.
On Sage 100, lot and serial control is set on each item in Sage, and Endpoint requires the lot or serial number on every scan of a controlled item, because Sage does. FIFO or FEFO is enforced when the order is pre-allocated in Sage 100; other pick methods follow ascending or descending order or sort codes.
On Sage Intacct, lot, serial and expiration tracking is supported with OPS for Intacct, or with Endpoint Cloud for Intacct. Endpoint Cloud also connects to Sage 100 on a schedule, but without bills of materials or work orders, so Sage 100 production runs through Endpoint for Sage.
Formulas, recipes and batch costing stay in your ERP or formulation system, and so do safety data sheets, hazard labels and regulatory reports. Endpoint records the physical side: which lot came in and which work order used it.
Endpoint is built for discrete and packaging operations that make batches and pack finished goods into cases or onto pallets: cosmetics, specialty chemicals and packaged formulations. Continuous process production is outside what Endpoint does.

Most run an ERP, often with formula and batch features, and run the warehouse and production on paper and spreadsheets. Endpoint replaces that paper with barcode scans.
No. Endpoint works alongside the ERP you run, from the list in the table above. Choosing an ERP for the chemical industry is a separate decision.
It covers the physical side of a batch: issuing materials to the work order by scan, recording labor and completing the order. The recipe and batch costing stay in your ERP.
Yes, for the warehouse and packing side: components and raw materials are received by scan, put away by bin, issued to production and checked again at shipping.
Bring your receiving and batch steps to a 30-minute live demo, and we will walk through them on your ERP.
