On-the-Water Inventory Allocation, so stock still in transit can be committed to backordered sales orders, from ASN import through to container receipt.
- New: ASN import. Load vendor shipment spreadsheets into Acumatica staging, validate them for missing purchase orders, invalid inventory IDs and non-numeric quantities, correct any errors, then generate wave receipts per container.
- New: backorder allocation of on-the-water stock. Configurable supply and demand scopes, FIFO priority by default, allocations visible and editable on sales order lines, and reprocessing by item or by whole warehouse.
- New: expected fulfilment message on sales order lines and in the API, so ecommerce and other systems can tell a customer when a backorder will actually ship.
- New: container receiving for two-step transfers, moving allocated stock from the on-the-water warehouse into the fulfilment staging location.
- New preferences section in Acumatica for enabling the modules and setting default numbering sequences, the on-the-water and fulfilment warehouses, and the staging location.
